Denbury Resources Inc(DNR) is No longer Denbury Resources Inc. It is called Denbury Inc now(DEN). SINCE Denbury Inc HAS NEVER TRADED BEFORE ON THE NYSE it will trade under a new Ticker. NYSE has determined that the Common Stock issued by Denbury Inc. is part of a new security offering that will trade under the ticker DEN with CUSIP 24790A101 on September 21, 2020. As this new offering has not previously traded on any listing market and has no prior day's closing price, Regulation SHO Rule 201 will not apply to security DEN until its second day of trading on NYSE. Further, NYSE Rule 123D(d) will apply and the security will be in a regulatory halt until the NYSE has opened trading.

Pre-market up to +184% $0.61 highest and came back to +40% $0.32 at 8:35am.
With opec increasing production, this is the time to get into oil servicing stocks. I sold my DNR shares for a small profit and moved to hlx. Either way oil will rise by the end of the year, but servicing stocks will rise first. I plan to take those profits and come back to DNR.
Investing.com -- Crude oil stockpiles dropped more than expected last week, according to the Energy Information Administration. Inventory declined 7.5 million barrels for the week ending July 11. Analysts tracked by Investing.com had expected a draw of 2.1 million barrels. Stockpiles rose 5.6 million barrels the previous week. Oil stored at the Cushing, Oklahoma, facility rose 949,000 barrels, against expectations for a build of 1.78 million barrels. On Tuesday, the industry's own estimates said crude inventories declined 8.2 million barrels last week.
High Reward /Risk Stock. Next debt due mid 2021. Still time to negotiate while they have been chipping away at debt. Oil @ $41 will be positive for DNR recovery. Banks have to get specisl government approoval to take possession of assetts. It will be Renegotiation or bankruptcy. But i think it is too early for any decisdion now.
Its dropping because it is filling for restructuring, which means bankruptcy.
