CubeSmart is a self-administered and self-managed real estate company. The Company is focused primarily on the ownership, operation, management, acquisition and development of self-storage properties in the United States. It owns stores in the District of Columbia and 24 states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia. Found a connection between CUBE and NYRT. Both, probably good investments at this time. Weird stuff when you dig into billionaire's influence on congress and companies. JS
