Because it is as boring of a company as it gets with quite a few problems. It requires faith in the company to invest into them due to their high debt to assets ratio, share dilution and low profitability. It is one of legitimate high dividend shares out there which are not traps, however you also take quite a bit of risk with them.

This is a steady stock with excellent dividends! I don't understand why it keeps going down. Someone must be shorting it. I recommend buying!
