I have not spent my typical 40-60+ hours vetting this yet, so I will tell you take this with an grain of salt. Canopy might work out in 7 years but near term it looks like less then stellar management. I don't understand as of yet why there bragging about market share gain at the expense of operating margins. But maybe, they have an plan .... maybe management is correct to try to squeeze out competitors

Just a quick look at the financials and its obvious this company is mismanaged.. YOY Increased revenues with every other year net income going from extremely profitable to flat.. The the balance sheet showing YOY steadily declining assets..
