it doesn't matter how long you hold your stock they made it public knowledge that your stocks would be given to the noteholders during the bankruptcy. it's not chk's fault you didn't stay informed about the position you were holding.

what are they thinking they have put themselves In an awesome financial position now that the bankruptcy is finalized and they are still hedging 75% of their production? is there something I'm not getting?
