negative capital reserves, nothing set aside, SPR, asset value buffer, loans repayments, taxation, contingencies, nothing set aside,SPR with increasing outstanding shares, large growing LT debt, in terms of increasing borrowings, increasing new shares, it has been plonked back into new assets, purchases, previous debt repayment, rollover, and it's repeating process. RE from net profits, and dividends from net profits, has no problem but talk about living on the edge, we have CLW
