The firm seeks to have board participation in its portfolio companies. It will make investments in ordinary or preference shares, and/or convertible debt. The firm may also invest in green fields and brown fields. It seeks to acquire controlling, majority and significant minority stakes in its portfolio companies. The firm have multiple strategic exit routes within the investment horizon. The firm prefers to invest from its balance sheet investments.
