Great 4Q numbers! $3.74 EPS vs $1.77 expected. Benefits from higher prices, higher volumes, higher volatility. Agricultural prices are rising, consumer food demand is shifting... you can’t call all specific grain prices correct to pick the best to invest but you can own a grain merchant who has the agility and flexibility to optimize and maximize the return. ROIC was 16% in 2020. Superb past performance and promising 1H21 outlook. P/S ratio is 0.26x, just recovered to where it traded during 2017, 2018 or 2014 peaks. Worth to note, it was >0.40x before 2008 crisis. A similar re-rating potential is on the way.
