Reason behind tobacco stock were falling is the "possible" US law stated in yesterdays report that should/will decrease the quantity of nicotine in the cigarettes. This would make it less addicting -> could have an overall impact on sales in the US. I do think it was oversold yesterday as this is not entirely decided yet and it is hard to tell if it will have an impact on the revenues or not. Smoking is overall on a decline but they are making immense cashflows and paying back debt in the industry. With the addition of some canna conpanys to the sector they are trying to diversify and keep/increase their revenues. I still think that with it´s current and maintainable dividend it is a good investment. Sure there is limited capital appreciation but if we could just move back to 30 GBP per share and maintain the current dividend payout the ROI would still be 10%+ YoY.

Sub P/E 10 this is a cheap stock to accumulate. I keep adding until it stays this low. I do see some upside potential on the long term as they managed to keep margins and earnings constant despite the drop in sales for tobacco product. Their expansion into the Canna sector could make up for the downtrend on cigarettes and other consumable smoking products on the long term.
