since 24th Feb, BP is down about 0.5% while Chevron is up nearly 20%. surely this is a screaming buy now?

The contract BP had with Rosneft states if for reason BP failed to live up to their obligation they forfeit everything.

Only if oil drops to below $60. Will stay around $30 a share while oil is so high. Over $100 a barrel and this could pop up a bit to 31 to 34.
