      • The balance sheet is deeply negative in equity, how is this company not bankrupt yet? What's it going to trigger a covenant and send it into Chapter 11 where it belongs?

        • Boeing is a strategic company, which will never be bankrupt (or sold to Chinese)..Anyway, excluding maintenance or defence contracts, they have orders at the range of 500 billion USD for passenger jets.. Even with 20% increase in the last 3 days, it is a bargain..

        • Ba is a defence companyThe govermnent will never let them go under

        • Can BA go bankrupt? yeah. Will it happen? probably not unless the other defense contractors start stealing contractors & BA quality keeps going down. Theres a special bankruptcy proceedings for federal defense contractors where the government comes in and takes all tangible & intangible assets related to the defense department and the rest goes to bankruptcy court. The problem though is BA balance sheet looks like garbage & it will take them forever to pay down their huge debt load, which will keep the stock price below $240's for like 5-10years unless they win/ fill bigger orders. I'm in BA unfortunately & regret not going w/ airbus & Lockheed.

      • B777X delayed, B787 production halted, B737 Max issues, AF1 over budget. Surely this is the curse of the victims of the MAX crash.
