The company offers savings, current, ladies, youth, expatriate, and relationship banking accounts; escrow, recurring deposit, ladies, youth, and expatriate accounts; overdraft, call, fixed, and flexi deposit accounts; long term education and retirement deposits; home, auto/car, term, and personal loans, as well as other credit facilities; debit and credit cards; consumer loans and mortgages; and project finance services. It also provides personal accident, home, health, travel, and motor insurance products; and corporate internet banking and collection, point of sale, payment gateway, and remote cheque capture and deposit services. In addition, the company offers trade finance services; bonds and guarantees; trade and transactional banking services; letters of credit/ letters of guarantee/documentary collections; arranging/participating in syndicated/club/bilateral loans; commercial and treasury payments; Nostro and Vostro accounts; treasury products; cash management and risk participation services; and fund management, investment in debt instruments, money market, foreign currency and derivative trading, and advisory services. Further, it provides money market; investment savings products; custody and investment services; investment management and institutional finance services; and Islamic and online banking services. The company operates ATMs and CDMs. Bank Dhofar SAOG was incorporated in 1990 and is headquartered in Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman.
