Q2 Total Revenues might even be above 2019 same Quarter. The trend is positive. but and big part of the growth is hopping to come from ADR (what is really healthy for operating margins). As mentioned by Earl Heltsley, Debt on preferred shares and bonds must be paid first. Average EBITDAre average between 2015 and 2019 was 384 M. USD. Still a lot to recover in front of us. Patience...

rate hikes not good for companies that have liabilities as high as assets not to mention negative price pressure on building assets.

The company has 3 times the amount of cash on hand as its stock price. They are paying all the back debt for the prefered shares and bonds. Once they are paid off there will be something left over for dividends on regular stocks. There has beensome talk of aquiring some more hotels this year. month on month and year on year it keeps growing in earnings which are a little tricky to follow as there has been a small profit but even more interesting is the addition to cash of several dollars per share per month. So it is making way more than it appears. Now a good time to buy as just one normal dividend check can be 10-12 dollars
