CALGARY – A major CP Rail line that runs through the heart of Calgary, separating the downtown core from the trendy Beltline area, normally elicits little excitement. But on Tuesday morning, a train carrying hundreds of green-coated, wide-diameter steel pipe was the talk of the town and raised the  oilpatch’s hopes the federal government is poised to approve the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion on June 18.
