AP Oil International Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in business of lubricants and specialty chemicals. It operates through two segments: Manufacturing and Trading. Manufacturing segment includes the manufacturing of a range of lubricating oil and specialty chemicals for industrial, automotive and marine applications, as well as the provision of oil blending services and rental of cleaning equipment to its customers. Trading segment which includes trading in base oil, lubricant components, commodity chemicals. It covers purchase and sale of raw materials used for lubricants and specialty chemicals manufacturing, namely, base oil, chemicals and finished products purchase from third party. It has three lubricant blending plants two in Singapore, one in Vietnam. The lubricant products are marketed under the brand name of AP Oil, SIN-O and Polaris. It operates six manufacturing plants. Its products are marketed in approximately 20 countries.
