Alkhabeer REIT Fund is a Saudi Arabia-based closed ended Sharia compliant real estate investment traded fund. The Fund focuses to generate rental income and periodic cash distributions of not less than 90 % of the Funds annual net profits, by investing not less than 75 % of the Funds total assets in income generating real estate assets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia excluding Makkah and Medina.
