Zou dit net zo'n goede investerening worden als Alfen? Scholt Energy wil volgende week vrijdag een notering op de Amsterdamse beurs hebben. De inschrijving op de aangeboden zes miljoen aandelen voor de in augustus aangekondigde beursgang is reeds begonnen, en staat ook voor particuliere beleggers open.

@Julien Lee. The only thing I can think of that could have caused the 8% drop is that the earnings growth in 2020 of 113% (still impressive) is lower than the P/E ratio (126). Ideally the PEG ratio (PE/growth) is < lower than 1.0. The 150EMA line is intact. The stock is appreciating this afternoon.  I will keep holding. What other stocks in this sector are you following?

Dus ik blijf even zitten.  Er is support rond €66. Ik ben bereid om nog 2-3 kwartalen aan te kijken. Coivd moet een keer over gaan.  En welke goede fundamentele (middelgrote) groei bedrijven zie je nu op de Nederlandse beurs?

Als je er op korte termijn / technisch naar kijkt, dan kun je onder Alfen EMA (Exp Moving Average of  SMA (Simple Moving Average) lijnen tekenen). Een regel is dat je uit elke ETF of Fonds stapt zodra de 200 EMA lijn wordt gebroken.  Nu zijn bij Alfen de EMA50 en SMA50 lijnen niet gebroken. je ***die tekenen in dit pakket met interactive charting tool. Ik belde en mailde gisteren nog naar een analyst bij ABN Amro. Geen bericht gehad ;-).

@Ricardo: goede vraag, maar het hangt af van jouw eigen tijdhorizon en inschatting van de earnings.  Ik ben zelf long term bullish over dit bedrijf. De groei zit er goed in. Kwartaal-over-kwartaal stijging van omzet en van winst (CANSLIM). Zolang die groei lijn in cijfers niet wordt verbroken ben ik bereid om er in te blijven zitten. Wat is je alternatief? ASML/ASMI? Als je kijkt naar de Price Earnings ratio (P/E) dan is die 126.07. In feite moet de winst groei hoger zijn dan de P/E ratio. De winstgroei was 113% over 2020. Dus iets lager dan de 126. Je *******een Price Earnings Growth ratio PEG berekenen. PEG = (P/E)/ growth factor. Idealiter is de PEG kleiner dan 1 (<1). Bij Alfen is de PEG 1.11(=126.07/(113.1%*100%)) https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/canslim.asp
