AIRA Capital Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides financial advisory services in Thailand. The company operates through Securities and Investment Business, Advisory and Investment Banking, Factoring, Rental and Service, and Property Development segments. It also offers securities brokerage, securities trading, investment advisory, securities underwriting, securities borrowing and lending, derivatives brokerage, and private fund management services. In addition, the company provides investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, such as asset/company valuation, leverage buyout, and joint ventures and spin-offs; and capital restructurings and other financial advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises, public and privately-owned companies, government related entities, and private equity firms. Further, it offers hire purchase, finance lease, and operating lease for industrial equipment and machines.
