PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company that operates a metallurgical coal mining and trading business through its subsidiaries. The Company provides mining service by renting mining equipment’s to related parties. The Company’s subsidiaries have five mining concessions located in East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. The Company is focused on operating two CCOWs, namely Lahai Coal and Maruwai Coal. The Company uses the open pit mining method to mine coal in its mining contract/authority area. The Company’s products include Hard coking coal (HCC), Semi Hard coking coal (SHCC), Green Coal (GC), Semi soft coking coal (SSCC) and Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI). Its subsidiaries include PT Lahai Coal (LC), PT Maruwai Coal (MC), PT Kalteng Coal (KC), PT Sumber Barito Coal (SBC) and PT Juloi Coal (JC).
