In Q1 it lost 1/4 of equity and it's selling at 1.5 of book value; Q2 doesn't seem like booming for the hotels either. So I don't know if the time to buy ACCP will ever come, but for sure it is not now.

Good opportunity. Still lagging compared to other hotel stocks. Even some of the cruise lines had a better uptick.
