MMM Comments

Sell MMM and buy SOLV. hedge funds are shorting SOLV to get shares cheaper from retail that is scared into selling. Retail was given shares of SOLV after split, but they are selling and buying more MMM in a fomo scenario. MMM may take run to 112 before dropping to 95. SOLV is a growing profitable business. MMM needs a big turnaround.
Funny how 9/10 mainstream media are claiming this is the time to buy 3M. Vanguard needs to help out its whales that are majorly under water.
After cutting dividend it should be 80
My guess is whales will keep it propped up so they can exit long positions and go short. Keep it up until July. Maybe $80 is in the works. Regardless MMM has a big turnaround hanging over management. Buy with caution. I believe Solventum will outperform indefinitely.
This might be the best opportunity in the market if you're willing to wait 3-5 yrs
What catalysts or variables are you specifically referring to? Appreciate your insight. What is your 3-5 year target?
Beaten down, low valuation, solid company with new exec who is well respected, so it could be the next great turnaround story. I'm not good at predicting specific price targets, I just think it has a lot of upside

Solventum is the stock to put on your watchlist.
Opinion in MMM is changing. Edward Jones just listed it as a "Sell", downgraded from "Hold". Me, I like MMM. And am extremely long on them. There is a new CEO. Any new CEO or other offices and executive team wants share prices to tank.....especially if options or stock awards are part of their compensation package. Options to buy are usually good for 5-10 years and then expire.....so on or about May9th, 2024 nice of the directors of MMM's board will get options.....they want the stock low for a few years and then will bring it back up.....as far a lawsuits, I am pretty sure they have one of the best legal teams money can buy.....bad news will be released for the foreseeable future.....and then boom! Good news will come along just before the first set of options expires and there will be a huge jump in stock price. Or I could be wrong and MMM will go the way of GE, and a once Titan of industry will be destroyed. Remember kids, Buy low, sell high high, ride the dividend wave, and only take long term capital gains.
Great comment 👍 I personally think during this year market will make correction, and it will of course affect 3M too, so it's too early to buy
my target is 125 over the next 4 years.
Did this split???
