For the new ones: I would advise to avoid jumping in to a trade right at the next second of the release. Hold on until the market shows some clear direction. I usually wait for three or four 5 min candles to figure a trend.

In the last 2 meeting minutes, the rates remained unchanged. Is it fair to say the rates will most likely remain unchanged this time, and thus their most likely won't be much volatility in the markets? (Sry, still learning the ropes)
