i think the fed is still data dependent as much as we expect atleast 3 rate cuts this year inflation is still ticking higher the economy is doing great therefore my honest opinion is the fed will hold interest rates where they are until inflation drops back to 2%.

USD.. the FED will cut interest rate.. my reason is this, DXY have been in a range for 12 months.. which is not a good for a government. interest rate cut will make investors borrow more money which will improve the economy.

For a few seconds after release, the rate here showed at 5% rather than %5.25. Hopefully no one traded on that.
