Rand weaking was due to poor metal prices but new data will strengthen the currency. Asia, Europa and U.S. start buying gold and other metals the can get to 12.66.

Monthly the USDZAR has decreased by R0.9 - R1.2 and effectively spiking back at the same amount to the previous month before it - for the USDZAR to reach 16.5 we would need a number of big candles. - that price point is very attainable for the exact reason that the rand is in a yearly​ the uptrend since 2008 - if you watch closely history may be repeating itself (debt cycles) -Have a look at the Dow Jones and NASDAQ indexes and try link them to emerging market currencies between 2001/2008 - interest rates are low stock prices are high - total Global debt is super high. Even though it's a downtrend on the monthly​ and as well as weekly Timeframe - a turn around is approaching possibly between these price points R12.4 and R11.2 then a reversal would occur to higher prices.

I dont know when moodys release maybe another month or at the end of this month... am staying out for now seems cause trend is down but it can rock in one day again
