Mexico with elections and usa elections ….. peso will be bearish some months … 17.5 max price
every country in the planet is looking for CUT RATEs, but mexico for hikes more rated already at 11.25%
Interest rate is kept high to keep the peso strong. After June the government will want to borrow cheaper and rates will go down, peso will go down also. Thats my prediction.
china (producer)depreciated its yuan to improve the economy, lopez hablador is destroying the manufactures in the north
Mortgahe are not as popular as USA.
every country is looking for cuts, but lopez obrador want more hikes already at 11%
They will drop rates after the June elections.
Its Banxico in chrage! NOT AMLO
A cheap USD is the worst scenario for Mexican internal market, those in Mexico thinking this is a good thing, look at the iterest rates.
bye bye mexican manufactures
My little trader... If you 'dislike' this comment, peso will go to 21 😘
when traders look that lopez obrador uses those investments in peso to give it to elder people, we will see the party
The us foreign policy will make us see 15 by Semana Santa
Good thing dreams can come true 🫶🏽
You will see 15 in your dreams.
Hopefully we'll have 15 next... 🫶🏽
How can I block Mexican SilverStalker?
Hahah
But all will depend on many factors, including central banks adopting dovish or hawkish stances
in mexico, dont adopt inflation policies its only obrador suprr peso policy, would see tha unemployment rate
And perhaps look for it to drop into the 15's by late Q2 or early Q3 of 2024.
and destroying the manufacture industry then more debt and less people to pay taxes AMAZING scenario
Expect this to drop below 17.00 by Christmas and maybe close the year in the high 16's.
Could it now be a matter of time before the pair dips below 17 and maybe ends 2023 in the 16's?
What's with the dip during the European session? Peso is strengthening against all currencies basically, not just USD.
Its all of the USD comming into Mexico, plus high interest rates are still high
Now it broke both the 17.34 and 17.41 resistance levels. Maybe it'll reach 17.5 very shortly
what's the next resistance level above 17.5
17.68After that look for 18 and above
It broke the 17.26 resistance, and it looks like it'll print a daily close above that. Up next will be 17.34 followed by 17.58
Major reversal on chart. Time to buy USD and sell Mexican peso.
Today Banxico´s Jonathan Heath hinted a rate cut by feb or mar 2024.
Keep the interest rate at these levels for a prolonged period of time and with a rate differential like the current one could make the USDMXN level try again for the lows of 16.70/60...
It´ll go up once Banxico starts cutting rates
It should happen, and I hope it goes down as quickly as it did to raise the rate level
For this pair to continue its rally, it must breach 17.26, 17.34, and 17.41 to test 17.5 and 18
Was expecting it to go below 17, but now it's between 17.1 and 17.2 after hitting 17.03. Biggest factor is Banxico announcing rates could start to be cut in February of March of this coming year.
What did I tell you beechez...
Penalty fee to peso is oil spill
