Question: Is Covid19 an invention - secretly created by the leading G20 and Russia - to cover up the impending catastrophe of the US national bankruptcy and thus the bankruptcy of the entire world financial system? Are all  major states of the world are taking part in this show / fooling around because in the event of an US bankruptcy they would lose their reserves that they hold in US Treasuries too. THINK. The fact is 30,000,000,000,000 are currently financed at an average of 1.6%. Interest charge per year currently 550,000,000,000. Each % more = 300,000,000,000 additional interest expenses yearly. Serious rate hikes are impossible under these conditions. FED blabla ist hilarious. Have a nice day together.

Good morning to all readers. I would be very cautious in valuate the SNB actions. Maybe they tense the slingshot and the leverage is increased with every cent that the euro adds .... the stone flies then much further when the sling will be triggered with a surprised intervention.

No currency will be a investing currency, when the underlying country is a) heavy indebted, b) has an imense trade deficit and c) has an imense budget deficit. Such currency is in a heavy mess, despite they are in a position to be a world reserve currency. Not to pay back debt would be a desaster of unknown dimensions. This currency has got the position of a reserve currency since times of gold standard. This times have past long long time ago......The Euro is better positioned.

Good morning. When you are looking to get a direction simply analyze the US debt data compared with trade balance data. Interest rate hike fears are hilariuos. The US already pay record interest of 550 billion $ yearly on their 30 trillion $ debt. Every 1 % more interest rate means 300 billion more yearly interest expenses. Also the US has an imense budget deficit, which has to be covered. Not easy, when interest rates would rise by FED hikes. And the trade balance deficit. Deeply red and in miuns on the US side compared with a trade balance surplus on the Euro-area side. Now please analyze and make your own decision on your analysis. My result of my own analysis is I see Yugoslavia 2.0 Have a good and successful new week.

Swiss GDP rose by 1.7 % last quarter - awaited were 2 %.... so numbers diasappointed. Swiss Frank rose yesterday -together with Japanese Yen- only by the fact that these are classic save haven currencies. So, when the panic swells down next week CHF and JPY will come down nicely. Inflation rate projections by Swiss National Bank SNB are low for the next years and they have a vital interest to weaken the Swiss Frank. There wont be interest rate hikes. CHF is definitively overpriced vs. Dollar and Euro and the correction will come soon. Have a nice weekend and a successful new week.
