If I understand correctly Fed is considering slowing down a bit and let other currencies catch up. According to fundamental analysis posted on my platform higher rates will start to impact US economy negatively next year.I Dropped out of euro for now as the wedge is breaking to the upside but 2019 looks good for Nzd and Aud.

As we speak i'm long on nzd/jpy 77.20 with targets of 77.80 up to 79.00 over next 6 months, waiting for Aussie to break 7300 to buy and hold aiming at 7500. Will add more on drop which some of us are expecting. GL

There is resistance here back from the long pennant back in July and August but it appears to be attacking this line so decisively that I think it's going through it.  Next pause for breath the 70 handle?

I would say yes but daily RSI shows overbought and 6850-6860 is 50% fib from the big trend of 2015. Maybe there's a dip incoming.

Technically it's still possible to test the lows but unless RBNZ cuts rates, NZD will be supported by fresh buyers. My personal opinion of course.

I have been thinking about the situation with oil off a big amount at $56 for WTI (and over supply locked in for sometime) I think inflation's goose is cooked in the US and pretty well globally.  It appears the trade war is heading for at least a truce.  This means the feds pathway is unlikely.  So where does the dxy and the NZD go?

That's interesting. Double top or 6850? 1st rejection at 6800, if it goes down now and breaks 6700, target 6635-6640

GoldenKiwi Euro is going to get hit more imo, and I see Aud/Usd will soon follow with that 4H H&S although aussie employment data may delay it some more. Safe trading.

JB74 Yeah no double top for now and aussie does not want to follow my prediction either. Waiting for 4H upper wedge line on euro/usd. Other than that watching for a clear opportunity here, always considering a scenario for both ways.
