@Annabelle..I wouldn't bother justifying your reasons for entering a trade  around here, alot of peeps wouldnt know how to counter-argue or appreciate that you may have a point - it takes an education to do that and the 'buy to the mooners' still use Mummies Visa to buy crypto :)

@Anthony ~ Trust me... I won't lose any sleep over it... Let's back this up a little... Back when all hades was breaking loose, I BOUGHT at 666 (thinking that was a low based on my math)... Actually ~ I still think I was right there (because it "V'd" up from there)... But then, about an hour later, the VIX exploded in equities 15 mins after the close, and the next thing u know we were down to lower levels... PANIC? NO... I rode it back up to 800 (got out, admittedly, early), and that's about it... I don't worry about it either way... As Bill Belichik would say in a press interview after a loss... "We're on to ~ ENTER NAME OF NEXT OPPONENT HERE"...

Annabelle, will you buy more if it hits the 750 level? I bought some at 850.

Annabelle Logica. Point taken. I'm also in it long term, although I could have made some immediate profit as I too bought the ETH at lower levels at 720 and saw it clime to 950+.. . Currently I have some Ripple among few other penny coins. These are just my small chips I've bet on in case, and to get out of in couple of years. I do see some of them having a stronger market in the future, and perhaps with good fortune have multiple returns.. . As for the ETH, I'm looking at the daily chart and it appears that lower levels of 600 and perhaps even lower are possible within the next 10 days or sooner.. . Lastly, what exchange are you trading out of for the U.S base ones, and what exchange do you use, if any for altcoins? I'm using GDAX, with limit ordering to save on commission fees for my U.S. trades and Binance for small coins.

@Sharo _ I totally 'GET IT' what you're saying... Hey ~ I'm not even critical of owning any RIPPLE (except that for myself, I just don't fundamentally buy anything that I don't believe in even if the arbitrage looks good)... Actually, for me, there are some PENNY COINS that I like (in theory), but at that point it all comes down to a matter of 'DO I TRUST THE EXCHANGE THAT THEY'RE TRADED ON'?... Lastly ~ I trade out of GDAX... I'm interested in 'Gemini', but they've been a total hassle so far with regards to getting an account (something about the pixels of the uploaded ID's)... FFS ~ I think they want to see what I ate for breakfast this morning...

I see your point about right fundamental aspect of investing in any company/coins. For me it's a long shot in small increments, not getting big in any of them but one can't resist the possible return, if any, at the levels they are at right now. I also, believe that the crypto world, as some experts note, are in their infancy stage, sort of like how the internet and the .com were. Have you looked in to Binance? It works well with GDAX for fund transfer through ETH or BTC. Their platform is pretty good with lot of volume. Also, what wallet are you using to store your coins as right now in parking my coins I've purchased between GADX and Binance?  I do feel exposed and not too excited about soft wallets-online apps that want excessive personal data that sits there in hyper space.

@Sharo... I have an account with BINANCE, but I haven't used them for any trades as of yet... My biggest trouble with them is that it seems to take forever to obtain a 2 factor authorization code... Maybe for some that isn't an issue, but for me it's always been a hassle... You mentioned DAY TRADING... Well ~ for me ~ until that issue is resolved I simply can't use them as a DAY TRADING mechanism...

The 2fa code is actually very fast with them. It's only requesting the 2fa code, as all do, at the initial sign in and once you have signed in you can stat trading and all trades are pretty fast. They also have a mobile app that I do lot's of my trades on. With mobile app you don't have to continuously log in.
