Long term bullish for pound: 1. Most of Eurozone trying to eliminate cash, take total control, and increase taxes. 2. Buying power in UK is better than in Germany for many goods, pound undervalued at present. 3. Large, 1 1/2 year Head & Shoulder like pattern on the EURGBP. 4. Apparenty speculators have large short position in pound because of the Brexi, need to unwind. 5. Solid Tory leadership. .Will Euro go up first due to French elections? We will see.

This pair will recover because the economy in europe is better then expected. How that will be in Great Britain is uncertain.
