ADA/RUB - Cardano Russian Ruble

1st G: Bitcoin. Allows decentralized fund transactions between parties without any smart/automated trigger.
2nd G: Ethereum. Allows conditions to be set for triggering a smart contract to be applied on a local blockchain.
3rd G: Cardano. Allows smart contract triggers to be applied on multiple blockchains.
