of course not, but it is already a reference and it is already starting better than mai22.
yet physical export is 60% lower MoM, both data not reliable after 6 days.
Shipments are the result of certs, under normal conditions at the ports, they tend to equalize until the 10th of the following month, so don't score too much on shipments.

Crashing and resisting at 242.60. Bearish divergence and indicators in overbought area. On Intraday, healthy correction up to 232.00. In the medium term, bulls remain in command above 219.00
Aside the weather issues, whoever was hoping for quick resolution of the situation with oil and NG may forget about it. There is no quick resolution in sight. If US will get a gold winter/part of it, NG will surprise many. In relation to growers that means very expensive ferts and inputs. As grains seem to stay high also for quite some time, any real frost and more producers at low areas will switch to grains. Labor becomes a problem for many because with current rise in prices for everything it is not that excited to pick up beans.
cold winter* :) (NG looks to be Gold:))
We will have similar problems for the next crop: "TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Coffee exports from Honduras fell 23% in May year on year due to a drop in production and an outbreak of coffee rust, a fungus that affects the plant, said an industry institute in the country this Wednesday."
Same as in El Salvador. A spot of blame on the Populist that don't the diff, between Roya and car rust.
It is game about credibility as well. Maja is going up while Rabobank every day lower. Fight for the cheapest possible prices for their buyers was extraordinary.
Yes, Maja is emotional and sometimes exaggerating a bit, yet at least she is not connected and not working for big companies which are interested in artificially low prices.
Fabulous
Great comments Rodrigo and Viriato!Yipppeee, the Usda is around again. You can bet on this one, and take it home. The USDA is as bad as Rabobank. Different shoes, but a bunch of 'Alice in W.Land' types. All they do is pull out a cheap calculator, multiply coffee tree population by an "x" factoir and voila' coffee crop results for Greenland!I have stories from the USDA, that are not prudent to make public, kind of iffy, if you catch my drift
From Macchu Picchu, very unusual cold weather for this time of year.Planning to visit and the Hotel warned us that the past week was unseasonably cold.
I'm in central Peru and the weather has been crazy this year. We are already two weeks behind and just starting with harvest. Lost half my pickers because they believe its still too hard to get the coffee off the trees. Its been raining all the time since march... I hate this. Its always cold this time of year here, the difference is the rain and hummidity.
Climatempo, on Wednesday forecasted a limited chance of rain in Brazil over the next ten days in some coffee areas.  Also,  Somar Meteorologia reported Monday that Minas Gerais received no rain in the past week.
Will it be cold in Brazil or not @shortdude ?
Brace yourself. Winter is coming! And stocks below 1mln soon. Only Sams are so brave to be short now ;)
On the other hand, Producers who wish to sell at this level can insure against new highs (cold, CECAFE, ...) with options.
Obviously paying a premium for this insurance.
ICE -16K bags
Hey Big John. I like to see his comments, why did he block me here?
Maja Wallengren @SpillingTheBean · BRAZIL WATCH: INMET confirms NEW cold front started moving through S. Brazil this week, pushing temps as low as +2 C into key Southern Minas arabica + Espirito Santo conilon #coffee regions. #KC_ RALLY on $jo fundamentals adding to growing supply deficit unrecoverable until 2026.

MGom why we are up again? ;)
There are also reports in warmer lands in the south of Minas Gerais: "In the northern region of the state, after suffering from prolonged drought and high temperatures, rains were recorded with significant volumes a few weeks ago, which ended up driving the opening of an off-season flowering in crops in the region of São Matheus. According to Evaldo Rodrigues, from the board of directors of the Cooperativa dos Cafeicultores da Região de Lajinha (Coocafé), the accumulated rainfall reached approximately 100mm, after 90 days without significant rainfall in the area. positive to hydrate the plant that is in full season and needs water, but the stress happened, which was the thermal shock of the water stress with the rain and the plant understood that it was time to produce and released the floral bud", he explains to Notícias Agricultural."
That flowering will be lost whit the harvest
