COT report; this past weeks looks promising for longs. However it dramatically turned over which could lead to multi turns over again in the next few weeks. very highly fructuated and volatiles; becareful of your positions-  this could lead to very high-low swings on both sides.

Took me a while to figure it out but its Same price controllers on both side of the CoT report, a new form of trickery by cartel banks,, for many months now u can observe commercials / specs loading up long or short positions only to reverse them next week when price is more or less at similar level,, who would want to do that aside from somebody who wishes to maintain price at some fixed range whilst milking unaware small traders ?

IMO doller index just about to hit a R HnS resistance on the neckline (weekly) with strong divergence on the daily and weekly pointing towards a very decent drop. Mix that with silver FIB retracment to 32.8% at 14.46 which it is almost there (needs to drop a little more) and that price is a resistance on the DB neckline and also on 50EMA on the daily which is the first time it is has stabled on the upper side of this since the $17 mark. IMO A consolidation/ small drop of silver to 14.46 leading into fed, dx to top out with divergence pushing it south with no rate hike sending silver and gold up with silver bouncing off the above price. Who else has thoughts on this?

Oh just noticed that we factually have a 20-50ema bullish cross over. Game on Sean! I'm definitely expecting more buying next week. Man, is it Sunday night yet! C'mon let's get this rolling!

Sean Flaherty One thing I look for that I found to be pretty important over the years is "moving average support." We tested the 20ema early today, bounced, then closed above it. I'm expecting a run up ... hopefully next week considering the USD. Game on Sean :)

A dream trader strategy: sell the 1 min/5 min spike, buy the sell off in free fall at market, shout out random price points that come from millions of random thoughts, run out and by lottery tickets with whatever cash is in pocket and use the same numbers that they played on there entry and use the numbers they dream of exiting the dream trade. Get back on the screen and shout at anyone that favors the opposite side of there trade. praise anyone that is on there side of the trade. once the trade is over become larger then life because they made money or got out before losses blew up there account and tell everyone they "called it". Or lose big time and blame the market, Trump, the fed, there childhood, drinking, falling I'll and missing the action, the dog ate my phone, but never for one second blame the dream. This trader wont be on this site for more then a couple of weeks because the logical critical thinkers will be taking there bank.

I am also not convinced with bull run yet, reasons are volume and momentum. Still I see this is as retracement ... closing above 15 with volumes will lead to the conclusion. Frankly speaking. Now it’s very difficult to say either market is strengthening or weakening.... time will tell ... till that point just scalp with the flow and stay out of the market is the strategy ...

I agree with both of you.  This should regress and go well into the 15 where the 200 day is and then move lower, but it really looks week and we seem to be winding sideways like we always do before a big move one way or another...See June 2018..

As of right now there is a 79.2% chance of a .25% hike. that's been baked in the price for weeks on all fronts. What the bulls want if a softer tone on next years hikes. If they are dovish bull markets will rally but if there is any hawkish tone, everything will be on a sell and ask questions later...

Northeast and Mid-Atlantic spot markets continue to run the risk of price spikes this winter, although infrastructure additions should help get more Appalachian production to demand centers. The recently announced delay of two Mexican natural gas pipelines will postpone much needed relief in the constrained Permian, likely leading to increased flaring, possible production shut-ins and price volatility

Nice solid bounce off the 20ema. "At the moment" looks to me as if the buyers want to keep things going up. Love moving average support. Stay long and strong bulls. 15.26 (200ema daily), next target. Monthly & weekly charts look great!

Again while I value the charting approach, to clarify my comment. I base it on trade cost becoming more real overnight, DYX rally and overall uncertainty in the market. But dont get me wrong you have my attention with the charts and I'm not adding to any longs at this time nor will I be for months. But I am keeping an eye out to buy puts not just for protection but to scalp.

Susan Hanley If you bought low, it certainly might be interesting to add on a dip. But here? A big no! Many people probably added this week, as it kept on going higher. But nothing wrong with buying the lows at these prices. But I prefer to wait for another test of the lows/lower low.

OK just for the bears happy all over - i am bull bought from twenties see bollinger bands but i let it go. First opening market hours usually dont convene for me to trade in weak/overbought zones, 2nd i am waiting long term - not 70, not 90, 20 will do just fine. 1,5% Down is OK with comparison to tech stocks, banks and such (crypto excluded :-) ). I do hold stocks too, never short though - dont like it. Just my 2cents good luck and merry christmas everyone (or whatever holidays u have)

MP CHEMICAL never said i hold years i just really see opportunity in AG now. Really i am mostly in stocks - this is just a distraction (and sport of savings account) for crazy times on stocks until things clear up there. I just believe in AU/AG ratio too big, stocks comming into correction/recession and dont won’t money to sit on 0% interest (i am europe u know)

And i am kind of glad it went down today. Daily stochastic 2high. Now it makes more room. Of course i hope Fed doesn’t hike - immediate up, but if they do, i don’t mind - more expensive money, faster inverted curve, and that’s a red sign for everyon1 on stocks. So sooner or later who cares. Although your crooks from JPM on excessive low valuation holding load of AG seem interesting 2 :-)
