Based on recent research, about 30-35% supplying glut is being in the market against demand. As a fact, the palm oil tankers freight index is being much lower than a decade ago.

The Palm Oil demand is being down and down so fast now. However too much Palm Oil Production everywhere in South-East Asian countries esp Malaysia and Indonesia, that is totally insane and very uneducated industrial ways.

As you can see below that if you eat the Palm Oil regularly, you will die much earlier about 12-15years than those in developed countries based on 'Nature' research paper.

In one study, people who were put on a diet rich inpalm oil for about five weeks saw their LDL cholesterol (that's considered the bad cholesterol) rise. This is very similar to what happens on a diet high in partially hydrogenated oils, which contain trans fats.Jul 25, 2013

Palm Oil means Trans Fat. You can die before 65-70years old if you take it everyday.

Also, S.Korea, Japan and USA have decreased their palm oil importing amount fast for health concerns and enviromental problems. ..The demand of Palm will be down and down further and further. It is time to change to make a money from palm oil to other profitable agricultural products.

Now, Palm oil demand has been drastically down and down since 2013 due to transfat of Palm oil. ..In fact, Chinese has decreased palm oil consumption more than 10-15% since 2013. Instead, they use more oilve and vegetable oils than palm oil.
