Today US market closed. hence there will be high volatility due to low volume. Crude can touch 68 dollar today itself. Russia have freezed the bank account of Venezuela oil giant . Bullish news for crude prices

I'm quite sure it will go down/be highly voltatile mon-wed (64-66,5) then turn bullish by friday again. Media/politics will have high impact on volatility but I think we can expect >68 after that. I'm short from 66 and will drop at 65-ish. Then lay low untill end of the week. Hopefully find a good entry point for longs....Things to keep an eye on: Venezuela and Iran...Things to ignore: Trump tweets on Trade deal/tarrifs. Nothing is settled before things are settled.

Antum AntumGenerally speaking, no bullish. Demand up = Price up. India will how ever not be able to buy all the oil from Venezuela that the rest of the world is not buying.

FORBES: Oil Prices Are Poised To Move Higher Into April Price reached $55.66 which is significant. This is the 38.2% retracement level of the October-December decline. The passing of this barrier will confirm that the situation has changed and that the prior decline is over. The $65 area appears to be a reasonable target by April. These bullish factors remain in force: *Seasonally, oil is entering the most bullish part of any year *The monthly cycle points up *Oil was down from late September through late December. When this has occurred in the past, price has been higher three months later (March) in 17 of 21 cases and has been higher four months later in 18 of 22 cases (April). In other words, if oil sells off in the fourth quarter, the seasonal tendency to rally in March-April is enhanced. https://www.forbes.com/sites/greatspeculations/2019/02/17/oil-prices-are-poised-to-move-higher-into-april/#18897c067472

Thanks for sharing, this was the most well informed piece on any media I have read so far. An entirely adequate estimate of probabilities, imho. Don't know what you others think of it. Now next we run for a correction first, I reckon.

Oil has retraced 0.382 and above, aiming for 0.5, 68.28 should be the next major resistance to cross, 64 being support for the week!

I called market volatility (rains) it’s sometimes heavy, (bulls or bears) after every rain there is a stability, there is spring. After this rain you have to adopt with the spring. P.s who’s know when the rain will end !

A poster of President Trump with the text “Sanctions are Coming” was on the table during a cabinet meeting on Wednesday at the White House. No one at the table talked about it. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/03/us/politics/trump-game-of-thrones-poster.html

Mike Pence urges Europe to quit Iran deal, stop busting sanctions Pence was especially critical of Britain, France and Germany for unveiling a new financial mechanism last month that U.S. officials believe is intended to keep the nuclear deal alive by evading American sanctions. Pence praised other nations for complying with U.S. sanctions by reducing Iranian oil imports, but said the Europeans fell short. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/mike-pence-urges-europe-to-quit-iran-deal-stop-busting-sanctions First Squawk @FirstSquawk · Feb 14 PENCE SAYS EUROPEAN UNION SHOULD GO ZERO OIL IMPORTS FROM IRAN. #OOTT

It can't go down. Pence urging Europe for zero oil imports from Iran. The incoming sanctions in May on Iran will push oil up strongly. Plus Venezuela, plus OPEC+ cut, plus Lybia, plus Canada cuts. We will see effects on EiA reports each Wednesday. Only that matters.

Some questions will give you a clear vision for the next move. Oil countries want high price. But importers countries want low price and America and china one of them. But how they can lead the price to move down? Second: who is now playing in the market? Banks, countries, traders? Third question: what is the fair price for both ? Regards.

This upward trend is clear and confirmed. Any renewed Fibonacci drawing would be welcomed even though I, as an amateur, don't really work with those beautiful sequences.  Enjoy the weekend.
