Ryman (NYSE:RHP) Hospitality Properties (RHP) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.94 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.80 per share. This compares to loss of $1.09 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an FFO surprise of 17.50%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this hotel and resort real estate investment trust would post a loss of $0.51 per share when it actually produced a loss of $0.03, delivering a surprise of 94.12%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus FFO estimates three times.

Ryman Hospitality Properties, which belongs to the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust - Other industry, posted revenues of $306.91 million for the quarter ended September 2021, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 9.46%.
