Natural gas futures price movement in 4 hr. chart seems to consolidate till the announcement of impending inventory of natural gas storage on May 25th, 2017. On analysis of natural gas futures price in 4 hr. chart on May 25th, 2017 at 11:14:00, I conclude this “Decisive Zone” and would prefer to wait for the natural gas futures price to settle down after the opening of the first trading session for the Week of May 28th, 2017 before creating a fresh position.
I conclude a Decisive Trading Zone in the 4 hr. chart which seems to be very decisive because the directional move after the announcement of impending inventory will cause indecisiveness in the price to settle even after the opening of first trading session of the forthcoming week.
I have already defined in my last few analyses that the feelings among the traders are still bullish due to their focus on lower production and rising exports and the sifting weather announcements may enhance the bearishness in the natural gas futures during the next three trading sessions. This situation may raise the quantum of volatility in the movement of natural gas futures price. I find it is difficult to predict the final move of natural gas futures price till the volatility cools down.
