Level One Bancorp (NASDAQ:LEVL) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.85 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.04 per share. This compares to earnings of $1.02 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of -18.27%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this company would post earnings of $0.96 per share when it actually produced earnings of $1.16, delivering a surprise of 20.83%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times.

Level One Bancorp, which belongs to the Zacks Banks - Northeast industry, posted revenues of $24.04 million for the quarter ended December 2021, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 7.55%. Meridian Bank's revenues are expected to be $34.67 million, down 22.9% from the year-ago quarter.
