It was a very good day on Wall Street on Monday and a good way to start the week. A lot of the stocks we follow responded, as did a few new ones, too.
Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:FOLD) is acting very nicely, up 22 cents to 14.70, or 1.5%, on 2.2 million shares. After it broke out, popped, and pulled back, we put a buy on it on Monday. The breakout, even though it didn’t close well, was still up above the resistance zone. There could be a follow-through with better volume going forward. The targets are 16 and 18 1/2.
ImmunoGen, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMGN), a recent swing trade of ours, is acting quite well. After the big pop and consolidation, it has taken a while to develop. But looking at Monday's action, up 2.28 to 16.72, or nearly 16%, on 3.1 million shares, and closing near the upper end of the range, it did very well. The targets are 21 1/2-22 1/2 short-term.
Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:SRNE) is looking good. It came out of a falling wedge on Monday, popping 1.21 to 18.30, or 7%, on 1.3 million shares. Right now, the targets are at 20 and 25.
Teladoc, Inc. (TDOC), a new IPO, is looking promising. It recently broke out of a base, popped, wedged, and popped again, only to pull back. It did close up 1.68 to 30.96, or 5 3/4%, on 680,000 shares on Monday, so keep an eye on this one. Look for it to run up to the mid, and then high 30’s.
