If it gets through that, look for 8 3/4, and then 12-13 down the road. There’s 3.8 days to cover .
Swing trade CAI International, Inc. (NYSE:CAI) is looking well. It formed a wedge, popped, had a falling wedge, had a breakaway gap, and flagged for the last three weeks. On Thursday, it was up 48 cents, or 2%, to 24.48, on 217,492 shares traded, and looks like it’s coming out of the wedge. That’s the highest close since we’ve been following this stock. Right now, I’m looking for 30 short-term.
NUTANIX, INC. (NASDAQ:NTNX) looks good after it popped up and pulled back for a week. On Thursday, it popped 74 cents, or 4%, to 20.27, on 3.2 million shares traded, so it’s picking up volume as well. It needs to get through the double top. Keep your eye on 20.29-31, and then 23 and 25 are targets.
New swing Sientra, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIEN) is up a small fraction on Thursday of just 8 cents, or 1%, to 11.02, on 304,446 shares traded, but it did reach as high as 11.45 intraday before backing off. In three days it’s gone from 9.45 to 11.45, and has broken out across multiple tops. After an 18-month base pattern, it could be propelled up towards 14. Eventually, I’m looking for a test of 20. It has 7.5 days to cover .
