How much Gold may retrace on Monday ??
The Fed and Bank of England confirmed inflation has broken out and declined to do anything about it last week. The US jobs report on Friday was highly (wage) inflationary as the country is running low on labor. The Bank of England also offered its view that recent energy price inflation is not going away as it reflects a structural shift (frackers bankrupted). Meanwhile, central banks are wondering how to stop the crypto explosion without doing the full China. Allowing precious metals to steal their speculative thunder would serve their interests nicely in this regard. You have a sudden confluence of factors that make precious metals a no-brainer, and they are even cheap by historic standards to other assets.
Gold will test $1900 next
