Swing trade Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc (NYSE:AJRD) had a pop and then a breakout in Aug/Sept, it pulled back, and now it moved up 3 or 4 points. On Monday, it was up 1.91, or 6.74%, to 30.24, reaching a high of 31.39, on 2.2 million shares traded. That’s the highest this stock has been in a long time. My target is 33. If it gets through that, my next targets are upward of 38, 39, maybe even 40. Let’s get to the 33 target first. It has 4.64 days to cover .
It was a big day for Clovis Oncology Inc (NASDAQ:CLVS) on Monday, a very big day. It jumped 7.28, or 10.48%, to 76.74, on 4.5 million shares traded. The pop that it had, took out the declining topsline and is approaching lateral price resistance. The last rally attempt for this stock was at 79.10. So, that's my target for Tuesday. The moving average is at 78 1/2-79. If it gets through that, the next target will be 84-ish. It has 4.7 days to cover .
Halozyme Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:HALO) popped 47 cents, or 3%, to 16.72, on 5.8 million shares traded on Monday, and got all the way up to 17.55 before backing off. The target was 18.00. I think this stock may back and fill. It looks to me like it’s going to be a major short squeeze with 27 days to cover .
Kopin Corporation (NASDAQ:KOPN) had a big day on Monday. It bounced 24 cents, or 5.94%, to 4.28, on 1.4 million shares traded, which was one of the biggest volumes in the last couple months. I’m looking now for this stock to make a run at the 49-50 zone, and then blow through it. The targets are 4.75, 5.25, and eventually 6.00. There’s 10.4 days to cover .
