Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Consumer Services, Telecoms and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 added 0.73%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Atlas Copco AB ser. A (ST:ATCOa), which rose 4.18% or 11.0 points to trade at 274.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Atlas Copco AB ser. B (ST:ATCOb) added 3.97% or 9.4 points to end at 246.1 and Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b) was up 3.33% or 2.55 points to 79.15 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIBs), which fell 4.02% or 6.5 points to trade at 155.0 at the close. Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb) declined 2.53% or 2.25 points to end at 86.85 and SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa) was down 1.38% or 0.40 points to 28.52.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 315 to 294 and 47 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.85% or 0.96 to $50.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.09% or 1.10 to hit $51.57 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.11% or 1.45 to trade at $1268.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.06% to 9.6885, while USD/SEK rose 0.27% to 8.8591.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.35% at 98.21.
