Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Financial Services and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.70% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were ACE ARABIA COOPERATIVE INSURANCE (SE:8240), which rose 9.67% or 2.90 points to trade at 32.90 at the close. Meanwhile, National Com Bnk (SE:1180) added 7.67% or 3.10 points to end at 43.50 and Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810) was up 5.12% or 1.50 points to 30.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Mobile Telecommunications Company (SE:7030), which fell 2.72% or 0.20 points to trade at 7.15 at the close. Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (SE:8160) declined 2.67% or 0.25 points to end at 9.10 and National Petrochemical Company (SE:2002) was down 2.44% or 0.40 points to 16.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 71 to 67 and 31 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.11% or 1.05 to $48.67 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $50.68 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.47% or 6.00 to trade at $1275.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.84% to 4.1218, while USD/SAR rose 0.03% to 3.7517.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.62% at 98.31.
