Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Technology and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.64%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which rose 1.19% or 4.8 points to trade at 408.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 1.02% or 2.9 points to end at 287.3 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was up 0.71% or 2.2 points to 310.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 2.12% or 18.5 points to trade at 853.5 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.04% or 23.0 points to end at 1103.0 and A.P. Moller - Maersk A (CO:MAERSKa) was down 1.26% or 120 points to 9405.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 88 to 54 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.58% or 0.27 to $47.04 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.75% or 0.37 to hit $49.42 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.30% or 3.95 to trade at $1325.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.09% to 6.6021, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4454.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.02% at 94.75.
