Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Financials, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.36%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA), which rose 1.56% or 11.5 points to trade at 750.5 at the close. Meanwhile, A.P. Moller - Maersk A (COP:MAERSKa) added 0.87% or 100 points to end at 11630 and A.P. Moller - Maersk B (COP:MAERSKb) was up 0.67% or 80 points to 11950 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were TDC A/S (COP:TDC), which fell 1.62% or 0.80 points to trade at 48.50 at the close. Danske Bank A/S (COP:DANSKE) declined 1.20% or 2.4 points to end at 197.0 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (COP:CHRH) was down 1.12% or 4.0 points to 354.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 95 to 58 and 2 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA) rose to all time highs; rising 1.56% or 11.5 to 750.5.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 2.48% or 1.41 to $55.52 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 2.75% or 1.71 to hit $60.37 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 0.33% or 3.80 to trade at $1167.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.04% to 6.7241, while EUR/DKK rose 0.07% to 7.4618.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.05% at 96.24.
