Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Public Services sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p), which rose 1.29% or 220.0 points to trade at 17280.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Bcolombia (CN:BIC) added 1.02% or 240.0 points to end at 23860.0 and Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) was up 0.65% or 10.0 points to 1555.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Celsia SA (CN:CEL), which fell 3.92% or 115.0 points to trade at 2820.0 at the close. Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU) declined 3.31% or 180.0 points to end at 5250.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) was down 3.03% or 300.0 points to 9600.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 18 to 8.
Shares in Celsia SA (CN:CEL) fell to 3-years lows; falling 3.92% or 115.0 to 2820.0. Shares in Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) fell to all time lows; losing 3.03% or 300.0 to 9600.0.
US coffee C for December delivery was down 2.46% or 2.98 to $117.85 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 1.15% or 37.50 to hit $3222.00 , while the December Gold contract fell 1.45% or 16.00 to trade at $1088.20 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 1.17% to 2891.00, while BRL/COP rose 1.41% to 766.23.
The US Dollar Index was up 1.20% at 99.26.
