Comment Guidelines

We encourage you to use comments to engage with users, share your perspective and ask questions of authors and each other. However, in order to maintain the high level of discourse we’ve all come to value and expect, please keep the following criteria in mind:

  • Enrich the conversation
  • Stay focused and on track. Only post material that’s relevant to the topic being discussed.
  • Be respectful. Even negative opinions can be framed positively and diplomatically.
  •  Use standard writing style. Include punctuation and upper and lower cases.
  • NOTE: Spam and/or promotional messages and links within a comment will be removed
  • Avoid profanity, slander or personal attacks directed at an author or another user.
  • Don’t Monopolize the Conversation. We appreciate passion and conviction, but we also believe strongly in giving everyone a chance to air their thoughts. Therefore, in addition to civil interaction, we expect commenters to offer their opinions succinctly and thoughtfully, but not so repeatedly that others are annoyed or offended. If we receive complaints about individuals who take over a thread or forum, we reserve the right to ban them from the site, without recourse.
  • Only English comments will be allowed.

Hi JJ, I love Trump. We already had 8 years of Clinton. Yes, obviously Silver and Gold have been manipulated for years. That gave them practice. Then Japan obviously went all-in and is outright buying stocks and anything else to up-convert their printed junk. Yelling is a complete fraud; she is simply ordered to do anything that will help the present admin. There was no budget for years, lots of missing trillions. Plenty enough to buy 1000's of calls, and sell 1000's more naked puts for every expiration. I now think the manipulation extends to futures buying of whichever component stock will have the most effect on the index. So yes, it makes me angry that we can have this 1829 to 2175 explosion in less than 1 month, on endless terror attacks and bad news. It is not reasonable. All to supposedly help Hillary get elected. So yes, this boring election junk DOES effect our market, more-on Mark. And yes Jeff, I have 20 short SPX calls that are ********me.

That is my point you are mixing TWO things up and convoluting the results--Trading with a plan, trading with rules (specially at the beginning) and rigorous money management is the only way to win.. Letting your emotions dictate what to bet on is a sure way to lose. Using a mechanical system will generate some losses but will YOY produce the results you want. Not doing so will just leave you more angry and cause you to "see" manipulation. I wish everyone on this board well. But I don't want Trump to win he is not a good person. You sound like a good person.

Hillary is far more E-vil. And what about this amazing deal they made with the FBI? And what about the many amazing deaths that happen around her? John Ashe, death by bar-bell is one of the more recent examples.
