Macroeconomic theory: rates rise, more people buy dollar, dollar goes up vs euro makes european exports more competitive which is good for EU so markets go up.. Market theory: it go up or it can go down :)

@Pa Ca, German companies are exporting a lot to US. In case of rate rise in US, Exports can be impacted or lets say like that the Future PEs. ofcourse weaker Euro can help the declining exports. Thats why it can go up or down.. @Sujan, everyone is asking the same question. This time, Fed may provide better hints when they are going to increase rates. but what happens afterwards, just wait n watch and trade accordingly.
