Does any have any knowledge relating to the Federal Reserve Bank buying CMBSs through intermediaries and how and if it is affecting the DRV?
Patients like the Big Short, the DRV seems pretty cheap right now. They're trying to shut down California and now Michigan. A woman in MI we know with three restaurants is freaking out. She having to go into her life long savings. I didn't ask if she was paying her rent. The FRB is bailing out some of the investors of CMBS. Does anyone know how this is impacting the DRV?
Yesterday I bought 2k shs for $14.55/sh. Real Estate I believe in the near term is headed for real tough times with a weakening economy due to the continued Covid crisis. WORKING TO BECOME A BILLIONAIRE ON PAPER!
