Telecom Italia Media SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the media sector. The Company organizes its business into three main unit TI Media-La7, MTV Group and Network Operator. The TI Media-La7 unit includes activities of the television broadcasters La7 and La7d, as well as the operation of Websites. The MTV Group unit is involved in the television broadcasting, including the MTV and MTV Music channels; design, production and management of content and services for the Internet and mobile phones, creating content and producing events for television networks, and production and management of theme-based channels for satellite platforms. The Network Operator unit consists of the management of the analog and digital broadcasting networks and provision of accessory services and television broadcasting platforms. On April 30, 2013, it sold La7 Srl to Cairo Communication SpA. In September 2013, it sold 51% stake of MTV Italia Srl to Viacom Inc.
